This Privacy Policy describes how Reliable Expert Network LLC dba Russ's Handyman Service ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information in connection with handyruss.com (the "Site") and the handyman services we provide.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you call, text or submit the contact form on the Site, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, photos of the work, and the details of your request.
Contact form. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our service providers. We use the information only to respond to your request. We may also use limited technical information, such as your IP address, to prevent spam and abuse.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. This is used for security and site operation.
Cookies and analytics (only with your permission). If you choose Accept in the privacy choices banner, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies from analytics and advertising providers to understand how visitors use the Site, how they found us, and which of our advertising leads to people contacting us. This can include information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with the Site. None of these cookies are set unless you accept. Maps features. Address suggestions on the contact form and the rating shown on the Site are provided by Google Maps. Our server sends the request on your behalf, so your browser does not contact Google for these features, and we do not store what you type in the address field unless you submit the form.
Fonts and images. The Site loads fonts and images from third-party content providers. Your browser requests those files directly, so those providers receive your IP address and browser information as part of each request. Photos on the Site are stock images used for illustration and do not show our staff or customers' homes.
2. How we use information

3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising or for anyone else's marketing, and we do not allow our providers to use Site data to personalize ads. 4. Your choices: cookies, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Analytics is off until you choose Accept. You can change your choice at any time using "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page or the button below. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and its cookies are removed from this Site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a decline and analytics stays off. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
5. Text messages
If you text us, we will reply about your request and scheduled work. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (TLS) for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Your privacy rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to give you a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. We honor these requests no matter which state you live in. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To opt out of analytics and ad measurement, use the privacy choices described in section 4.

9. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
