These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of handyruss.com (the "Site"), operated by Reliable Expert Network LLC dba Russ's Handyman Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Information only
The Site provides general information about our services and service area. Content on the Site is not a quote, offer or contract. The scope, price and terms of any work are set in the quote or agreement for that job, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Service availability
Services and service areas described on the Site may change and are subject to scheduling availability. We may decline any job.
3. Licensed work
Work that Georgia law requires to be performed by a licensed contractor, such as electrical, plumbing or HVAC work beyond what may lawfully be done without a license, or projects that require a contractor license or building permit, is performed by or referred to appropriately licensed professionals. We will tell you before work begins if any part of your job falls into this category.
4. Communications
When you call, text or submit a request through the Site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and any resulting work. We do not send marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design and graphics are owned by Reliable Expert Network LLC dba Russ's Handyman Service and may not be reproduced without permission. "Russ's Handyman Service" and its logo are our marks.

9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
